Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. The cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for remaining period of service.

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your Uniwork account and loss of product access. We strongly encourage resolving issues directly with our support team.
Refund approval is at Uniwork’s discretion and may require supporting evidence. Abuse of refund requests will lead to permanent account ban.
